Purchasing Premier Live tickets
- Login with the account you want to use to watch Premier Live
- To purchase tickets, you need to log in. If you don't have an account on TwitCasting, please log in with your social media account or create a TwitCasting account. Premier Live can only be viewed with the purchasing account.

- Select the Premier Live ticket from the official store's product list
- Official store
- If you want to find a specific ticket, use the search box.
- To find archives of Premier Live video (Premier archives) that have already ended, switch the tab below the search box to "Archive".
- Check the event details on the ticket page and tap [Purchase (for personal use)]
- Please read the details in the description and proceed to purchase.
- If you want to gift tickets to other users, tap "Purchase as a gift". Help: [Buyer] I want to give Premier Live tickets as a gift
- Proceed with the purchase process
- You will receive an email regarding the Premier Live to your email address.
- If you are purchasing a ticket with special gift, please enter your address, postal code, and phone number.
- Complete the payment using the selected method
- Proceed to "Confirm purchase and go to payment" and complete the process within 45 minutes to reach the "Purchase complete" or "Reservation complete" screen. If you cannot complete it within 45 minutes, the purchase will be automatically canceled, and the ticket will not be purchased or reserved.
- Cancellation, refunds, etc. are not accepted after reaching the "Purchase complete" or "Reservation complete" screen.

- Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a purchase completion email at the registered email address.

About fees
The following fees apply when purchasing Premier Live tickets:
■ System usage fee
A system usage fee of 160 yen per ticket will be charged.
Premier archives purchased from the "Archive" tab do not incur system usage fees.
Payment methods
Premier Live tickets can be paid using one of the following methods: "Credit card," "Net banking," "Paygee," "Convenience store payment," or "Amazon Pay".
● Credit card
Please enter your card information. Immediate payment will be made after the purchase.
● Amazon Pay
Please log in to Amazon and make the payment using the credit card registered with Amazon.
You can check the payment information on the page for [Premier Live / Official store] > [My Tickets] > [Target Ticket].
How to Watch Premier Live (Live Viewing)
You can watch Premier Live from the TwitCasting Viewer app or your browser.
- Log in to TwitCasting with the account that purchased the ticket
- Premier Live can only be viewed with the account that purchased the ticket.
- Help: How to switch login accounts
- If the account you are trying to use for viewing is different from the purchasing account, you cannot watch the Premier Live. In that case, you can watch the Premier Live by entering the serial code. Serial code entry is only possible during the streaming of the corresponding ticket. - Access the organizer's live page
- You can access the live page of the organizer from [Premier Live / Official Store] > [My Tickets] > [Watch Live].
- When there is no live streaming going on, the screen will display "Offline."
- In some cases, private live streaming with a set password may be taking place for testing purposes.
- Adjusting video quality
- If you experience issues while watching live, tap [...] on the app's screen and adjust the video quality.
- Comments and items
- You can post comments and send items.
- For TwitCasting accounts starting with [c:], email address registration is required to post comments and send items.

Receiving Notifications
If you turn on notifications from the organizer, you will receive a push notification when the live streaming starts.
■For Apps
Allow notifications for the TwitCasting Viewer app from [Settings] on your device, and open the live page of the organizer's account to tap the notification button (human-shaped icon).
■For PC
Refer to the following help to turn on browser notifications.

Notifications for New Products
If you check "Receive notification by email for new products from this organizer" when purchasing event tickets or Premier Live tickets,
you will receive emails when the organizer registers new products.
How to Unsubscribe from New Product Notifications
- You can unsubscribe from receiving emails by going to [Premier Live / Official Store] > [three dots] at the top right of the screen > [Subscription Settings].
How to Watch Premier Live Archive(DVR)
You can use DVR for all Premier Live.
For App Version
- During streaming, select the "3min" button to launch the DVR.
- The default seek position is 3 minutes before the current time.
- In the DVR player, you can play from the beginning of the streaming up to the point where you pressed the "3min" button.
- After the live streaming ends, DVR will no longer be available.
For PC
- During streaming, press the "DVR" button at the bottom right of the player to launch the DVR player in a separate window.
- The default seek position is 5 minutes before the current time.
- In the DVR player, you can play from the beginning of the streaming up to the point where you pressed the "3min" button.
- After the live streaming ends, DVR will no longer be available.
How to Watch Premier Archives
- Log in to TwitCasting with the account that purchased the ticket
- Premier Archives can only be viewed with the account that purchased the ticket.

- Access the archived video page
- You can access the archived video page from [Premier Live / Official Store] > [My Tickets] > [Video].
- The viewing period for Premier Live recordings is up to 14 days, but depending on the ticket you purchased, some recordings may not be public or have a viewing period of less than 14 days. Please check the product page for details.
- After restarting your device, try to watch the recording in a location and time with good communication quality.
- For Premier Archives, network connection of about 6Mbps is required. If you experience issues while watching, tap the [⚙] icon in the bottom right corner of the viewing screen and adjust the video quality.

- For image content:
My Page > Premier Live/Official Store Purchase History > Bonus Download > "View Image" > Long-press the displayed image > "Save Image" to save it to your photo app. - For audio content:
My Page > Premier Live/Official Store Purchase History > Bonus Download > "Download and Share" > "Save to File" > Choose the storage location and add it. The file will be saved to your file app.
- For image content:
- My Page > Premier Live/Official Store Purchase History > Bonus Download > Download > Choose any browser > This will enable you to save it.
Contacting the organizer
If you want to contact the organizer, please use the "Message Function" after logging in with the account that made the purchase.
[Premier Live / Official Store] > [My Tickets] > [Messages]
You can also check the history of sent and received messages from the organizer from [Premier Live / Official Store] > [Mail Icon].
Important Notices
- You cannot purchase or view tickets with a locked account.
- Accounts that purchased Premier Live tickets cannot withdraw from TwitCasting within 30 days from the purchase date.
- We cannot provide individual support or refunds for issues related to your environment preventing viewing, and we cannot refund in cases where the streaming was not viewed.
Refund Procedure for Canceled Streaming
- If a purchased Premier Live event is canceled, you will receive a notification about the cancellation to your registered email address.
- If the organizer uses the refund system on TwitCasting, you will receive a notification about the refund from TwitCasting to your registered email address.
※If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or filtering settings for your email.
※If the organizer chooses not to use the refund system, please wait for contact from the organizer. You can directly communicate with the organizer through the Message or Email feature. - Refund Procedure:
- About 12 days after the event cancellation, notification will be sent to your registered email address, you will receive instructions from Welnet for the refund procedure. Please follow the instructions in the email and proceed with the refund by the specified date.
